Vladimir was born on January 19, 1968 in Melitopol.
In 1991 he graduated from the Kiev Art and Industry College, Faculty of Design.
In 2000 graduated from the Kharkov Art and Industry Institute (Academy of Arts and Design).
From 2000 till 2001 lived and worked in Spain where he painted his Spanish landscapes.
Since 2004 lives and works in Crimea.
Participates in exhibitions of the Kharkov City Municipal Gallery and The Union of Artists, Simferopol.
Prefers landscapes and still life.
Artworks are on permanent exhibition in the gallery "Globus".
Awarded by the diploma for the participation in the Exhibition "Blessing" (Project № 40, Berlin).
Awarded by the diploma for the participation in the 6th Art Festival "Blessing" (Project № 40, Magdeburg).
Participant of the Project № 62 "Aviart-2012".
