He was born on the 11th of April 1962, in the village Меtyolkino of Lugansk area.
In 1988 he has graduated from the Art-graphics faculty of the Odessa pedagogical institute.
In creative activity is engaged since 1991.
In December 1994 his first personal exhibition was held in Odessa.
In 1999 his works were exhibited in the Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
In 2000 Vladislav Metyolkin becomes a noticeable figure in a cultural life of the capital and Odessa: "The Kyiv spring 2000", art-project "Spring", Fifth International festival of arts, International exhibition "Our house Odessa 2000" etc.
For the essential contribution to solution of problems of the man the National Academy of problems of the man has assigned to Vladislav Metyolkin a rank of the Academician.
Artworks are on permanent exhibition in the gallery "Globus".
