He was born in 1956 in Dnepropetrovsk. In 1967 he has entered in the children's art school in the native city and in 1978 he has completed it successfully.

From childhood Vyacheslav takes a great interest in painting. His first teacher is his father, who was an artist.

The Rydvanenko are hereditary artists.

In 1981 Vyacheslav Rydvanenko has taken part in the All-Union art exhibition passing in Kyiv and he has occupied the 1-st place.

He took part in many other exhibitions.

He likes to paint landscapes, portraits, floristic, sea. He likes to rest in the mountains and in the wood. In recent times he is a hunter.
