Was born in 1972 in Kiev.

Started to learn painting, water colour, sculpture, drawing, bases of a composition and history of arts at children's art school.

Child hobby and courses of painting helped a lot in entering and studying at the Kyiv State Technical University of Construction and Architecture on Faculty of Architecture. Took an intensive course on the composition, sculpture and drawing, history of architecture and arts.

Interest to history of the Middle Ages Europe develops into the medieval philosophy, heraldry, weapon and armour hobbies. The twiddle of Celts, the Scandinavian people and ancient Slavs attract as well. These impressions and thoughts are embodied in the numerous sketches which have subsequently become a basis of the majority of pictures.

Started to work as an architect in the Kiev Zonal Scientific-Research Institute of Experimental Design (Kiev ZNIIEP) and in the private architectural studio the Kiev House.

Afterwards started a private architectural practice - designing of cottages and systems of visual communications, design of interiors. Since then the basic attention is given to painting.

In April, 2003 - the first personal exhibition in the gallery City N (Kiev).

THE TEXT TO THE FIRST EXHIBITION

"Freedom aesthetics"

Exhibition of artworks of Kiev artist Alexey Paramonov on April, 10-17th, 2003, showroom Gallery N.

Paramonov Alexey (1972, Kiev). Has great interest to drawing since the early childhood. Mastered fine arts bases in the Children's Fine Art Studio and Art School № 2. Classes at the Faculty of Architecture of the Kyiv State Technical University of Construction and Architecture helped him both to deepen this knowledge, and to come to architecture comprehension as to the historical process that leads to profound studying of history and history of arts. Europe in the Middle Ages causes a particular interest which develops into hobby for medieval philosophy for heraldry, the weapon, and philosophy. The twiddle of Celts, the Scandinavian people and ancient Slavs attract as well. These impressions and thoughts are embodied in the numerous sketches which have subsequently become a basis of the majority of pictures. The name of an exhibition and plots of pictures extremely resounds with today, appealing for understanding, and comprehension of concept freedom such simple and many-sided, utopian and realistic. The attitude to themes of medieval Europe and artist’s original interpretation of the traditional concepts makes thinking and estimate a role, a place and value in the history of civilisation of not only persons, but society as well.

P.S.

My exhibition is devoted to the person of the Middle Ages. To a birth of the new epoch, new comprehension in frameworks of new freedom.

New belief with not free will and new free religion. Animal style of the Celtic ornament and universal self-sufficiency of a Gothic cathedral.

Alloy of these images, as my personal and subjective understanding of the person, whose freedom is only in constant finding of balance.

Participant of the Project № 62 "Aviart-2012".
Record for Guinness World Records is set!.
