Igor was born in 1962 in Ivano-Frankovsk.
From 1975 till 1979 studied at the local art school.
In 1989 graduated from the Ivano-Frankovsk State Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Art and Design.
Since 1991 - professional artist.
Lives and works in Ivano-Frankovsk
Artworks are on permanent exhibition in the gallery "Globus".
Participant of exhibition-collection № 2 "Dew"
(Slovakia, Bratislava;
Czeska Republika, Praga).
Awarded by the diploma for the participation in the Exhibition "Blessing" (Project № 40, Berlin).
