Oksana was born in 1970 in Kovel of Volyn region.

In 1997 she graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Arts. Oksana works in oil painting.

Participation in national exhibitions:

2003 - "Day of the artist".

2003 - "Women of Ukraine - artists" - (Cherkassy); 2004 - (Kiev)

2003 - "Picturesque Ukraine" (Lviv); 2010 - (Zhytomyr region).

Actively participates in regional exhibitions.
