He was born on the 11th of April, 1959, in the village Yasinya of the Rakhov region of the Zakarpatye area. There he has finished the secondary school in 1976. In 1977-1979 he served in the navy of the Northern fleet.

In 1979 he has entered on the architectural faculty of the Kyiv construction institute. He has graduated from the institute in 1985. In 1985-1987 he was the main architect of the city Nosovka, Chernigov area.

Since 1988 he was the artist of the art and decorative combine of Priluky. After liquidation of the combine in 1989 he is engaged in painting independently. Also he is engaged in a graphics, woodcarving. His passion is books, jazz, mountain skiing.

His family: his wife Victoria is a children's doctor-neurologist. His son Anton is a schoolboy.
