Konstantin is a pastor, writer and artist.

He was born in 1960.

He got a degree in teaching in Kiev (1982) and theological education in Odessa (2010).

In 1999 he as a head pastor started to lead the Christian church in Kiev which is today known not only in Ukraine.

Konstantin Shapovalov is a member of Artists Trade Union of Russia.

He has the category "Formed professional artist" He is also a winner of art exhibitions and arts festival in Ukraine.

He studied under the honored Ukrainian artist, associate professor of art (The National Academy of fine art and architecture) A.Yalansky.

Synthesizing knowledge and experience, the artist has found his own manner and style.

He has recently made a significant step ahead in painting landscapes and still lifes.

His works are easily recognized. They have special freshness, rhythm and internal energy.

His works are kept in private collections in Russia and Ukraine, in Kiev and Odessa galleries, in International Charitable Fund of St. Mary, in Folk Art Museum as well as in the collection of ex-president Victor Yushchenko and Bogdan Stupka.

K. Shapovalov has the exclusive right to award with his works winners of the nomination "Man of the year in the Ukrainian Christianity".

He is the author of the book "How to learn to love, appreciate and distinguish the professional painting from the amateur?"
