Anatoly Nechay was born on January, 03, 1950 in village Hotski in Kiev region.

Studied at Moscow public university of arts named after N. Krupskaya (1972-1976), the studio of the Kiev October palace of culture (head V.I. Zabashta (1973-1976) ), took private lessons at the workshops of artists M.I. Hulyayev, V.V. Iskam, M.P. Borimchyk.
