Was born on July, 27th, 1954 in the town Peskovka of the Kiev region.

Father and grandfather were artists, therefore he has got acquainted with pencils and brushes very early.

The main art universities he has passed in a studio of his father.

His education is higher.

Evgeniy has graduated from the People’s Friendship University named after Patris Lumumba in Moscow, the Faculty of Engineering in 1981.

He has never left the brushes remaining the amateur artist.

He presented his works to friends. Later started to sell.
