Tamara was born in 1972 in the city of Vinnitsa, Ukraine. She is a modern Ukrainian artist. From childhood she loved to draw and always took part in art exhibitions.

She studied painting in the creative workshop of Alexander Alexandrovich Nazarenko, a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.

Constantly participates in urban, regional, national and international art exhibitions.

Artworks are on permanent exhibition in the gallery "Globus".
