Vyacheslav was born in 1946 in Yaroslavl, in a family of artists. The first lessons of drawing were given by father. Studied in the Art School of T.G.Shevchenko in Kiev. Has graduated from the Kharkov Art and Industry Institute, Branch of Art and Graphics. Since 2003 – member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. Was awarded by the diploma of the international open-air devoted to the 160th anniversary of I.J.Repin birthday. Works in style of landscape painting. The participant of regional and All-Ukrainian exhibitions. Holds personal exhibitions in Kiev, Kharkov, Germany. Works are in private collections of Europe, USA, Israel, and also in museums of Krasnograd, Chuguev.
